Abstract
The article considers the assessment of the transformation of the parameters of the Rudka River watershed in the Volyn region. A study of the conditions for the formation of natural-territorial complexes (NTC) in the river basin was conducted. An analysis and ecological assessment of the NTC of the Rudka River in the Volyn region was performed. A landscape-cenotic assessment of the state of the river valley and the impact of economic activity on it was investigated.Landscape reconstruction and recultivation were carried out as part of the engineering and biotechnical improvement of the NTC in the Rudka River basin. The costs of improving the engineering and biotechnical improvement of the NTC of the river catchment area and creating protective forest plantations along the river banks were determined.Landscape reconstruction of the Rudka River catchment area in the Ukrainian Polissya was designed using GIS modeling packages. Conclusions and measures regarding the results of the assessment of the transformation of the parameters of the RudkaRiver catchment area in the Volyn region were presented.
