Payment for processing and publishing articles

Authors who are not employees of the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering (NUWEE) are required to pay article processing and publication charges.
Payment is made only after the article has been peer-reviewed, accepted for publication, and the collection of papers has been approved by the University Academic Council.
 
The cost per page in 2026 is 86 UAH.

  • Payment Purpose: For article publication in the Bulletin of NUWEE (Full Name of the author).
Exemptions:
  • Authors who are employees of the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering or its separate structural units are exempt from payment.
  • Students/applicants for higher education are also exempt from payment, provided they submit single-authored articles and are enrolled in a state-funded (budget) program.
