Publication Ethics
Editorial Policy and Publication Ethics
The Editorial Board of the journal maintains a rigorous set of requirements for the selection and acceptance of submitted manuscripts. These standards are defined by the journal's scientific focus, the relevance of the proposed solutions, and the quality criteria for presenting research results accepted within the global scientific community.
The key criteria for selection include scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance, as well as the reliability of the presented data and calculations. All manuscripts undergo a mandatory internal and external review process by experts in the relevant field (double-blind peer review).
The Editorial Board strictly adheres to the principles of the Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines, developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). We call upon authors, reviewers, and editors to follow international standards of ethical behavior, which include:
- Prevention of plagiarism and self-plagiarism in any form;
- Avoidance of conflicts of interest among all participants in the publication process;
- Ensuring the confidentiality of the peer review process;
- Accountability for the accuracy of authorship and appropriate sourcing of references.
