- Free Access: All articles become available for reading, downloading, copying, and distributing immediately upon publication. Users may use the full texts of the articles without prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided the original source is properly cited.
- Licensing: Publications are issued under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This license allows others to freely copy and redistribute the material, as well as remix, transform, and build upon the material, under the following conditions:
- Attribution: Proper credit must be given to the authors and the original publication.
- Non-Commercial: The material or derivative works based on it may not be used for commercial purposes.
- Archiving: The Editorial Board encourages authors to post published articles (Publisher's PDF) in institutional repositories, on personal websites, and in professional networks (ResearchGate, Academia.edu).
- Removal of Barriers: We aim to eliminate financial and technical barriers to accessing research results in the fields of civil engineering, architecture, geodesy, and mechanical engineering.
FAIR Principles Policy
The Editorial Board of "NUWEE Bulletin. Technical Sciences Series" supports the principles of Open Science and promotes responsible research data management in accordance with the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).

The Editorial Board guarantees the assignment of persistent identifiers to published articles and ensures the provision of appropriate metadata to facilitate indexing in scientific information systems.
The Editorial Board encourages authors to deposit research data in trusted repositories, use persistent identifiers (DOI, Handle, etc.), and provide sufficient metadata to ensure that data can be easily discovered, accessed, and cited.
Accessible
The Editorial Board guarantees open access to the full texts of published articles through the official journal website.
The Editorial Board encourages authors to provide open access to the research data underlying their publications or, where legal, ethical, or contractual restrictions apply, to clearly indicate the conditions under which access to the data may be granted.
Interoperable
The Editorial Board guarantees the use of modern electronic publishing and metadata exchange systems that ensure the journal's compatibility with international scientific databases and indexing services.
The Editorial Board encourages authors to use open and standardized data formats, recognized terminologies, and discipline-specific standards for data description and management.
Reusable
The Editorial Board guarantees the preservation and long-term availability of published materials in accordance with the journal's archiving policy.
The Editorial Board encourages authors to provide sufficient information on research methods, datasets, software, and other materials necessary for the verification, reproduction, and reuse of research results, as well as to apply open licenses to research data and supplementary materials whenever possible.
