Abstract

The approaches to optimization on ecological and economic bases of technical and technological decisions on water regulation in projects of reconstruction and operation of rice irrigation systems (RIS) are grounded and developed. The regime, technological and technical aspects of water regulating at the RIS in the interconnection in the variables of the natural agro-reclamation conditions on the example of the Danube RIS are researched and evaluated. The general principles of construction and implementation of models of optimization of technical and technological decisions on water regulating at RIS on ecological and economic principles have been developed.
