BASICS OF RESOURCE-SAVING IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING PRODUCTS

The key aspects of resource-saving in engineering production when designing, manufacturing, maintenance and repairing are described. The characteristics of resource-saving indicators of production quality (functional, environmental and resource-saving) with detailed disclosure of their essence have been given. The choice of multiple resource-saving engineering decisions in the mechanical engineering has been analysed. The main directions of effective material resources use in the manufacturing process have been distinguished. The interrelation of all stages (constructive, technological, organizational and economic) concerning preparation of machine-engineering production output for a complex solution of the problem of saving material resources has been shown. The level of influence on saving material resources of a technological phase of production from manufacturing of raw materials, fabricated parts to their constructing has been shown. The scheme of technological processes researches for search of the most effective solutions of materials saving has been represented. The directions for further scientific researches concerning a possibility of their use in future practical activities in the field of mechanical engineering have been planned.References
