Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the organization of fire extinguishing systems in hotel and restaurant establishments. Themain causes of fires are considered, modern regulatory requirements and technical solutions for preventing fires are analyzed. The use of automatic fire extinguishing installations, fire alarm and notification systems is described. Attention is paid to the use of plastic pipes in fire systems and their advantages over metal analogues. Recommendations for the reconstruction and modernization of fire safety systems in hotel and restaurant establishments aresummarized, taking into account modern standards.
