Abstract
The paper considers the results of studies of the structure of the flow and anti-sedimentary properties of the frontal two-story water intake, arranged on the foothills of the river. In the laboratory conditions, the process of sediment transfer in the channel on the approach to the water intakes and their capture in the channels for different modes of operation was studied.
