Artificial Intelligence Policy
The AI use policy in a journal is based on the principles of full transparency and unconditional human accountability for the final output. The editorial board views AI technologies strictly as a supportive tool for structuring ideas or technical data processing, but under no circumstances as a standalone author. Any material created or significantly altered using generative models must be clearly labeled for the reader to maintain trust in the publication. Since artificial intelligence is prone to factual errors, the author is obligated to personally verify every figure, quote, and claim, as the legal and ethical responsibility for the disseminated information rests solely with the journalist. Regarding visuals, the use of AI is strictly limited to illustrative purposes and is typically prohibited in photojournalism, where documentary accuracy is critical. Furthermore, the editorial office adheres to rigorous data security standards, avoiding the upload of confidential information into open systems, and ensures that the use of algorithms does not infringe upon third-party copyrights or contribute to the creation of discriminatory content.
