INNOVATIONS IN THE DIGITALIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND USE TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

The article reveals innovative principles of digitalization for the implementation of agricultural land use. In particular, this includes the scientific-methodological and socio-ecological-economic justification of processes ensuring management of land resources according to global standards in the context of global and regional changes. The use of organizational measures is justified: formation of the land market; mechanism of transferring land shares for lease; full right to dispose of land ownership; legislative-regulatory provision of market (expert) assessment of agricultural land alongside normative; legislative establishment of rent depending on the value of the actual harvest received; transparency in obtaining loans for small producers, farmer cooperatives. In other words, banks should analyze all available documents to ensure thatthe borrower will be able to repay the debt.Among the information tools of land use digitalization, e-calculators, GIS systems for forecasting the balance of nutrients and the price of agricultural land for the future are included. Innovative and constantly evolving resources are exemplified by theapplied resources of the EOS Data Analytics firm as a comprehensive CRM system for: conducting agribusiness worldwide, monitoring it, assessing land prices, and insurance.Digitalization involves innovative business processes in areas such as: combining GIS technologies and CRM systems, field audits and monitoring, insurance, information and economics of land use, project management, and so on. The applied resources of the EOS Data Analytics firm are updated as a comprehensive CRM system for conducting agribusiness worldwide,monitoring and assessing land prices, risk assessment, and insurance. This includes remote sensing technologies for specific business and banking purposes.
