Each author has the right to submit only one previously unpublished scientific article for a single issue.

The opinions expressed by the authors may not always coincide with the views of the editorial board of the collection of scientific works. Materials that do not meet the specified requirements will not be considered. Articles that are not accepted for publication or are rejected will not be returned to the authors or subjected to review.
