Privacy Statement
The collection of scientific papers practices a policy of immediate open access to published content, supporting the principles of free dissemination of scientific information and global knowledge exchange for the benefit of overall societal progress.
Publication Ethics and Editorial Policy
The Editorial Board is guided by international principles of publication ethics, recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics and materials from Elsevier. The editorial policy is based on the principles of scientific integrity, impartiality, professionalism, support of modern research and the use of double-blind review. Authors are also provided with consultations on the preparation of articles in accordance with the requirements of international scientometric databases.
The decision to accept the material for publication is made by the Editorial Board, relying solely on its scientific significance and the conclusions of the reviewers. In doing so, the norms of copyright legislation and the principles of preventing plagiarism are necessarily taken into account. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated objectively, regardless of the personal characteristics of the authors, their place of work, gender, age or scientific status. At the same time, the journal does not cooperate in any way and does not accept materials from scientists from the Russian Federation and other countries that support the war against Ukraine.
Materials submitted to the editorial board are confidential. Information about manuscripts is not disclosed to third parties, and unpublished research results cannot be used without the written consent of the author. In the event of a conflict of interest, editors and reviewers must declare their recusal, and the editorial board ensures the resolution of such situations.
Research must also comply with international ethical requirements, in particular the provisions of the Declaration of Helsinki (Available by request https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/990_005#Text).
The editorial board ensures proper interaction with authors and does not allow for publication materials that do not have sufficient scientific novelty, do not contain signs of plagiarism, or do not correspond to the topic of the journal. Reviewers, in turn, must submit independent, motivated and confidential conclusions within the specified deadlines.
Authors are responsible for the originality, novelty and reliability of the results obtained, the correct design of references and citations, the absence of plagiarism and the prevention of simultaneous submission of the article to several publications. Submission of the manuscript means the author's consent to its placement in electronic databases with preservation of copyright.
If errors or inaccuracies are discovered after submission or publication of the article, authors must immediately notify the editorial office and facilitate the introduction of necessary changes. The submitted material must not have been previously published, not be under consideration in another journal and be approved by all co-authors and institutions where the research was performed.
