Abstract
The study of current problems and principles of management of ecological and economic development in Ukraine during the war became complicated under the influence of changes in social orientations, an increase in the level of danger in the country, redistribution of labour potential and changes in other systems that had an impact on analytical research centres and the activities of enterprises. In connection with this, a situation of reduced responsibility for the consequences of production activity has developed, the horizon of life planning has decreased, which has created the need to use effective models for improving the ecological and economic state of the territory of Ukraine. In the process of research, it was established that the use of models that contribute to the reduction of environmental load and the increase of automation and innovation of production have a positive effect on the economic state of the country, and the timely audit of productionprocesses and analysis of further actions using business models has a positive effect on the entire society of Ukraine. The influence of entrepreneurial activity on the level of involvement in environmental projects was also investigated, which helped to draw a conclusion about the increase in the level of environmental responsibility in the presence of knowledgeabout the possibilities of implementing a circular economic system and the leadership qualities of an individual, which will contribute to the construction of models for increasing the ecological and economic potential of the country for persons who have a high level of tolerance for ecosystem preservation problems. To achieve the objectives, it is proposed to use a model forassessing the growth potential of the market value of the enterprise, which would contain elements of eco-analytics and become a tool for researching methods of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise and regions ofUkraine.
