Abstract
It is substantiated that Industry 5.0 as a modern and investment-attractive production model can attract funds for the reconstruction of Ukraine in the post-war period. Since one of the mandatory steps to ensure the transition to Industry 5.0 in Ukraine is the restoration and growth of human capital, new methods of human capital management will emerge in the future, and the management paradigm will change. The article outlines the main trends in business functioning in modern conditions in order to understand the principles of human capital management. Transformations in work processes are described: from performing work tasks to solving problems; from traditional relations between a superior and a subordinate to the formation of teams and interpersonal interaction; from routine work to automation; from periodic training to continuous training. It has been established that the methodology of human capital management as a scientific concept should be based on scientific theories investigating the object of human capital and the subject - its management. The content of the main principles of human capital management was studied: the principle of meeting the needs of enterprises, the principle of risk, the principle of manageability, the principle of decision-making, the principle of management style, the principle of effectiveness, the principle of improving the qualifications of employees, the principle of competence development. An analysis of the transformations in human capital management caused by the transition to Industry 5.0 and the development of the digital economy was carried out. Outlined principles of human capital management of enterprises in the context of the development of the digital economy and the emergence of Industry 5.0 allow choosing effective tools aimed at increasing the efficiency of enterprises and the economy as a whole. This research is the starting point of work on the definition of new vectors in the strategic management of human capital in the conditions of transformation of the economy and society.
