ANALYSIS OF SOURCES OF FORMATION OF BUDGET INCOME AND THEIR USE (ОN THE EXAMPLE OF THE VOLODYMYRETS DISTRICT OF THE RIVNE REGION)

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of the consolidated budget of thedepressed region, an analysis of the implementation of its income andexpenditure parts has been carried out. Problematic aspects of theformation and use of financial resources of the local budget arerevealed. The main problems include the ineffectiveness of measuresto fill and use budget funds at the level of local authorities. It isnecessary to amend existing legislation in terms of increasing theresource base of local budgets. Proposed budget balancing measures.Territorial differences in socio-economic development arecharacteristic of many countries of the world, however, the imbalanceof the Ukrainian economy has greatly exacerbated the disproportionof the development of its individual regions. Significant differentiationof the regions in terms of economic development and deepening of theimbalances in their development is a significant obstacle to the rise ofthe national economy of Ukraine. Therefore, solving problems of suchterritories is an urgent national task.
