Abstract
The article examines the Kornyn village council and conducts an analysis of the effectiveness of communication interaction between authorities and society – the population of the community. It is noted that effective communication between public authorities and society is key not only in times of war, but also in any crisis or difficult period. In such conditions, it is important to establish trust, promote understanding of the decisions made, and mobilize citizens for joint efforts. Transparency, openness and active dialogue become the main principles that not only ensure stability, but also strengthen the sense of community and responsibility. In a time of war, when society is faced with the challenges of danger and global problems, effective communication becomes a bridge that facilitates a joint response and the development of sustainable solutions. Appropriate conclusions have been made, based on which proposals have been made to improve the communication interaction of public authorities with the population of the community. It is concluded that a targeted, effective communication strategy between public authorities and society has the potential to transform the dynamics of the relationship, creating a favorable environment for cooperation and growth. This helps to raise community awareness, build a sense of community and support, and improve transparency and trust between parties. The expected effectiveness includes the active participation of the community in decision-making processes, strengthening of trust in the authorities, promotion of initiatives and projects that meet the real needs of the community. This mutual exchange of information and support contributes to the creation of sustainable, just and developed communities. Systematic evaluation and adaptation of the strategy will allow taking into account changes in the needs of the community and effectively implementing new ideas and technologies.
