BENEFITS AND COSTS OF NATURAL INSTRUMENTS USE OF THE NATURAL RESOURCES ECONOMY

It is substantiated that under conditions of state deindustrialization it is expedient to pursue a strategy of innovative expansion, aimed at production that provides the sphere of trade and services, social maintenance of the population vital activity, scientific substantiation of the natural capital use.The social, ecological and economic effect from the environmental certification includes: the total benefits derived from the environmental certification of products, services and technologies, total expenses and losses. Reasonable components for environmental certification: positive benefits, total costs, expected direct costs, indirect costs, direct losses, etc.It is proved that for ecological certification it is expedient to use all types of existing normative documents: basic, branch and enterprise standards, technical conditions, directives on methodical, analytical, metrological, environmental justification of its economic expediency.References
