FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENTS AND INSTITUTIONAL COMPONENTS OF HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT: ANALYSIS OF RELATIONS

Abstract

The significant relation among the dynamics of foreign direct investment and factors of human capital institutional environment is revealed. Key factors are: quality of management schools and the country’s ability to attract and retain talent. It was established that the efficiency of state restrictions or incentives investor by means of direct financial impact is much lower. Proved that improvement of financial and human capital reproduction can be based on further implementation of the plan BEPS in Ukraine. It is also needed to enhance the effectiveness of state human capital management in the field of intellectual capacity of the population as we have identified in  the given research. These actions are significantly important for Ukraine considering the effects of FDI such as employment and value added growth, comparing with global negative tendencies in GDP and fixed capital formation decline.
