Abstract
The article examines the nature of implementing outsourcing practices to manage enterprises effectively. The purpose of the article is to analyze modern practical aspects of outsourcing technologies in enterprise management and to substantiate proposals for competitiveness risk reduction in the event of a human resources shortage. Recently, there has been a need to review the current outsourcing practices that enable the customer company to meet the market requirements and provide an opportunity to concentrate on the company’s core activities. Several approaches to defining outsourcing concepts are explored. The main reasons for outsourcing various business processes are analyzed. The responsibility of the outsourcing company is to provide the necessary personnel to perform the task, ensure a smooth workflow, and achieve the goals set out in the contract. The reasons why an employer decides to resort to outsourcing are identified, namely: saving the company’s money,flexibility and scalability of the project implementation, the possibility of accessing specialized skills and experience of personnel, the focus on core competencies, a faster time to market, the access to a global talent pool. Decisions on the implementation of outsourcing technologies in management and their effectiveness should be made based on the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing. Business processes recommended for outsourcing are explored. The advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing for enterprises are highlighted. The multifaceted nature of the problem of outsourcing technologies necessitates the use of different approaches in the process of implementing a specific outsourcing technology in a company. Approaches to assessing the effectiveness of outsourcing in modern realities are substantiated.
