The article establishes that management decisions are a key factor in determining the quality of management in an organization and affect all aspects of the organization's activities, from strategic planning and resource optimization to increasing operational efficiency and stimulating innovation. This, in turn, contributes to achieving organizational goals and ensuring competitiveness. The author proposes a conceptual model of the quality decision-making process to ensure the quality and efficiency of the organization's management.
