The article highlights the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the analysis and management of the company's cash flows. Based on a theoretical study of the economic essence of the company's cash flows, it was found that there is no specific definition of this term, but on the contrary, there are many different approaches to its interpretation. Therefore, based on them, a generalized definition of the company's cash flows was formulated. Cash flows are the most important independent object of financial analysis, which is determined by the totality of cash receipts and disbursements distributed over time intervals, generated by its economic activity. The analysis of the cash flows of the enterprise should be understood as the process of researching the system of indicators, their formation at the enterprise, identifying the main trends and regularities in order to find out the reserves for further improving the efficiency of their management. Its purpose is to identify the level of sufficiency of the formation of monetary funds, the efficiency of their use, and to determine the causes of a deficit or surplus of money. Analysis of cash flows is carried out in various directions. In the process of research, it was established that scientists justify the use of different stages. However, in our opinion, it is advisable to reduce all these stages to three main ones: the preparatory stage – includes the selection of information sources, which highlight information about transactions with monetary funds; the main stage – involves the implementation of an analytical assessment of the presence, dynamics, structure and effectiveness of their use; the final stage – involves summarizing and forming generalized conclusions about the state of cash flows based on the analysis, as well as their forecasting for the following periods and proposals for studying alternatives to management decisions. In the course of the research, an analysis of the cash flow management of «Renome» was carried out. The main indicators of the effectiveness of the formation of cash flows of the enterprise are highlighted, as well as the main directions for improving the mechanism of their management.
