FORMATION OF THE FRUIT AND VEGETABLE MARKET IN THE CONDITIONS OF ITS INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article discusses innovative developments, modern equipment andtechnologies, results and examples of the introduction of foreign experience in the development of the Ukrainian market of fruits and vegetables. The classification of innovative projects is given, the achievements in the production and storage of the fruit and vegetable market of Ukraine are analyzed. The main trends in the development of this market are determined by government support, an increase in investment, the introduction of modern technologies and techniques, cooperation with foreign farmers and the exchange of experience, improving the quality of products and ensuring the country’s food security. Research and analysis of the fruit and vegetable market prove the need to invest in the development of the agricultural sector, close cooperation and exchange of experience with foreign producers for the introduction of modern technology. The main problems hindering the development of the fruit and vegetable market are the lack of asystem of sales and organized trade, high cost of equipment for collectingand storing fruit and vegetables, insufficient storage for storage, imperfect export infrastructure, etc. Particular attention is paid to innovative projects in agriculture, their classification and application. To address these negative trends, authors propose to strengthen state support for agricultural producers, increase investment in the fruit and vegetable sector, cooperate with international development institutions and credit institutions, review the pricing mechanism and create organized outlets for agricultural products. Thus, an important role in the development of the agricultural sector belongs to innovation processes, the latest technological advances, organization of production, automated complex of works and more. It is advisable to carry out these activities together with scientific and research institutions. Thanks to fruitful cooperation, exchange and introduction of world experience, agricultural producers of fruit and vegetables will reach a new level of development – innovative.
