PARITY BETWEEN MILITARY AND CIVIL PRODUCTS AS A PART OF STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL ECONOMY

The article is focused on the pressing need to cover the growing military costs that is possible at the expense of the arms export and civilian production to be implemented on the domestic or external market. It is aimed to determine the basic principles and specific features of ensuring the parity between the military and civilian production. The study presents a few options to achieve such parity,being a way to compensate for military expenditure, which can be applied at the micro and meso level. On the national economy scale it is accompanied by a number of positive effects and allows supporting the development of the military industrial complex during peacetime, reducing the burden on the state budget. The article underlines the reasons which cause the obstacle hampering the achievement of parity in the military and civilian production and compel us to seek the best ways of civil-military integration. This paper also formulates the practical suggestions for ensuring the parity through increasing the effects in the field of scientific and technical development of national economy.References
