CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES OF FORMING THE EFFECTIVE PROJECT DECISIONS BASED ON PREVENTIVE PROTECTION OF WATER RESOURCES

The article’s aim is to develop the fundamental principles of forming the effective project decisions with ensuring the economy of water resources and its rational use and conservation. The problems of water management, structure, governance mechanisms are researched by many domestic scientists. However, the methodological bases and innovative aspects of water management require the adjustment in forming the effective project decisions as an integrated system in the structure of nature resources use, health and quality of life support. In the the paper the morphological and abstract logical methods foranalysis and synthesis of water management scientific theories, statistical – for forming the practical recommendations and justifying the proposed solutions are used. Scientific novelty of research results is to justify the current theoreticaland practical prerequisites of eco-oriented project decisions in Ukraine and to develop the directions of rational water resources use in the context of global socio-economic processes. The practical article significance means the research results help to realize the strategic position of state regulation of water management system in Ukraine.References
