Abstract

The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations of integrating virtual entrepreneurship into the professional training of future managers in the context of the digital transformation of higher education and the transition to Industry 5.0. The study addresses the need for innovative educational approaches to developing managerial competencies in digitally transformed business environments. Virtual entrepreneurship is conceptualized as an integrated digital learning environment that combines business simulations, virtual enterprises, project-based learning, ERP and CRM systems, business intelligence tools, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence to model authentic managerial processes. Unlike existing approaches, the proposed concept integrates educational content, digital technologies, and professional activities into a unified competency-oriented framework. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of a structural and functional model of virtual entrepreneurship integration that includes a conceptual architecture and an implementation mechanism based on a continuous cycle of planning, implementation, monitoring, and reflection. The model ensures the systematic development of managerial, entrepreneurial, analytical, digital, communication, and leadership competencies while providing objective criteria for evaluating learning outcomes. The practical significance of the proposed model consists in its applicability to the modernization of educational programmes in management, implementation of virtual enterprises and business simulations in higher education institutions, and improvement of competency assessment systems. The proposed approach contributes to strengthening the practical orientation of management education, increasing graduates' digital readiness, and enhancing their competitiveness in the labour market under the conditions of digital economy development.
