Abstract
The article presents a comprehensive theoretical and empirical analysis of psychological determinants of group dynamics regulation and organizational communications in contemporary organizations. The main theoretical approaches to understanding group dynamics based on the principles of social and organizational psychology are summarized. The essence of organizational communication is revealed as a multi-level process of constructing shared meanings, coordinating actions, and maintaining organizational integrity. It is determined that psychological determinants (motivational, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral) act as key regulators of the intensity of group interaction, cohesion level, and team performance efficiency.
The empirical study was conducted within a mixed-method design using questionnaires, standardized observation, and elements of content analysis. The sample consisted of employees of production and service organizations of medium and large-scale business.
It was found that the most pronounced impact on team performance is produced by the combination of a high level of leader emotional intelligence and an open communication strategy, which was confirmed by correlation and regression analysis results.
It is proven that socio-psychological factors form a systemic basis for the functioning of organizational groups, determining the nature of adaptation to change, the level of trust, the intensity of information exchange, and the effectiveness of joint activity. The obtained results deepen scientific understanding of mechanisms regulating group dynamics and can be used for developing managerial and training programs aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.
