Abstract

The presented scientific work highlights the results of studying the strategic vectors of the post-war revival of the transport and logistics complex of Ukraine within the framework of the integration progress  of our state towards the European community. The authors substantiate the thesis that an extensive transport network is a fundamental "blood supply system" for the national economy, as well as a key factor in ensuring stable socio-political development and full-fledged international subjectivity. Large-scale hostilities caused catastrophic destruction of highways, aviation hubs, railway junctions and port infrastructure, which destabilized logistics chains, internal mobility and export-import operations. Infrastructure revitalization is regarded as a dominant aspect of the country's general economic regeneration, which involves not just the physical reconstruction of damaged capacities, but their deep structural transformation in accordance with EU regulations. It is highlighted that the main paths of post-war progress of the industry are the synchronization of the transport space of Ukraine with the European architecture, the harmonization of the parameters of tracks and highways to the standards of the European Union, the total digitalization of logistics management and the deployment of intelligent traffic control systems. A critically important element is the accumulation of foreign capital investments and active participation in the grant programs of the European Union, which will allow modernizing cross-border transport corridors of strategic importance. The generalization of the study emphasizes that the renovation of the industry should be based on the implementation of high-tech innovations, increasing the resistance of infrastructure facilities to potential challenges and establishing seamless communication with the logistics ecosystem of Europe. The need for a systemic approach to restructuring the transport base of Ukraine has been identified, which includes updating the road and railway fund, bringing it into line with the parameters of the Trans European Transport Network (TEN-T), optimizing freight flows, and implementing Data-driven technologies. This will not only neutralize the consequences of military aggression, but also form a progressive, competitive, and secure transport model that will be in harmony with the requirements of Brussels and contribute to the finalization of Ukraine's entry into the single European transport circuit.
