TEAM LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT: BASIC MOTIVATION AND IMPACT TOOLS

Abstract

Today, the success of any business is determined, first of all, by its human resources, namely an effective team. The concept of «team» is not synonymous with the term «team» today, because the team has a clear common goal and defined, clear ways of moving to it. Today, the role of a leader-leader who is able to create and develop such teams is growing, where each participant will enjoy work and development opportunities. The complexity of team management is that the team is a puzzle of various personalities, endowed with a huge number of different desires and motives, different sets of internal values, beliefs, beliefs and fears, habits, abilities. The article deals with the concept of «team life cycle», which  traditionally contains a certain list of stages with their features. However, in order to use this model in practice, it is necessary to clearly understand what management actions and tools should accompany each stage in order to successfully move to the next level. The author analyzes the features of each of the stages and proposed the most relevant management tools that are effective for each stage. The use of such tools will allow and without any conflicts to go through all stages of the life cycle. After all, a developed team with a healthy internal atmosphere is more successful with work tasks that allows you to unload the manager and move to a more progressive and modern style of management, using coaching and delegation of powers.The Takman model is a natural process of developing relationships in the team, and a well – created group will gradually pass all its stages. The team members involved and motivated will be more likely to perceive the changes, will be innovated and promoted the organization. They are also better adapted to the study of new skills and technologies necessary for navigation in the business environment. Based on this, the modern manager should also have an effective motivational management tool, skillfully using it depending on the goals of the life cycle stage and creating a complex motivational system, getting into which team members become one. It is the motivational management that helps to develop the quality teams necessary, in agreement with individual goals for the purpose of organization, thereby contributing to the development of organizational culture. In addition, motivational management plays a key role in maintaining and attracting employees.
