Abstract

This article explores innovative approaches to ensuring transparency and monitoring corporate social responsibility in the field of labor relations. It identifies the key shortcomings of existing instruments (non-financial reporting and ratings), which lead to information asymmetry in the labor market. The concept of the «Responsible Employer Social and Labor Responsibility Profile», integrated into job platforms, is proposed and substantiated. The profile is based on verified indicators of decent work, grouped into four core blocks: employment and labor opportunities, rights at work, social protection, and social dialogue, complemented by the block transparency and trust. Such a structure ensures integration of the profile into the global context while maintaining its relevance for the Ukrainian labor market. Moreover, a multi-level data verification mechanism has been developed, combining automated checks through state registers with independent auditing. Different profile interfaces are defined and visualized, tailored to key stakeholders: job seekers (for informed decision-making), companies (for internal monitoring and management), and government analysts (for macroeconomic policy design). The study demonstrates that the implementation of this concept will not only enhance the transparency of labor relations but also become a powerful driver for attracting and effectively developing human capital, thereby reducing social tensions and fostering a fair society. The scientific novelty of the research lies in combining international CSR standards with ILO decent work indicators into a practical digital tool, while the applied value is seen in improving employer branding, reducing staff turnover, and supporting sustainable labor market development. The findings highlight that such institutional innovation can strengthen economic competitiveness and contribute to building long-term trust between social partners.
