Abstract

The article summarizes the research of scientists on the essential characteristics of anti-crisis management. Arguments are presented that allow it to be interpreted as aimed at the rational use of the entrepreneurial potential of an enterprise. The role of strategic and tactical anti-crisis solutions in ensuring the sustainable development of the entrepreneurial potential of an enterprise is revealed. It is noted that long-term investments, market positioning, and innovation are key elements in ensuring the future development of an enterprise. The components of an enterprise's entrepreneurial potential are characterized, namely: financial, labor, production, information, and market. A system of indicators for assessing the use of each type of enterprise potential is proposed. A system of indicators for anti-crisis monitoring of the assessment of the sustainability of the enterprise's development is considered. Two groups of indicators are included: indicators of process stability and indicators of quality stability. The use of such a system will allow the enterprise to make timely decisions to prevent the cessation of activities and loss of profit. The features of the justification of anti-crisis decisions regarding the sustainable development of the entrepreneurial potential of agricultural enterprises have been formed, namely: climate resilience, integration of precision farming technologies, diversification of income streams, cooperation and risk-sharing mechanisms, government support and policy frameworks, training and capacity building, research and innovation. An example of the rationale for using drones to spray fields is provided. The economic benefits of implementing such an anti-crisis solution are calculated. Its impact on ensuring the sustainable development of an agricultural enterprise is shown.
