Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive study of the implementation of intelligent educational technologies (IET) in the training of management professionals. It emphasizes the transformative potential of IET in shaping an educational environment that meets the demands of the digital age and the specificity of managerial competencies. IET is  conceptualized as an integration of digital tools, pedagogical models, and artificial intelligence technologies aimed at supporting personalized, adaptive, and data-informed learning processes. The author proposes an original definition of “intelligent educational technologies in the field of management”, highlighting their role in fostering critical thinking, decision-making skills, and managerial autonomy. The study synthesizes key IET components: adaptive learning systems, learning analytics, intelligent tutoring systems, simulation-based environments, and foundational paradigms of AI in Education (AI-directed, AI supported, AI-empowered). It also incorporates methodological models such as TPACK, connectivism, and computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL). The article analyzes the current state of IET usage in Ukrainian and international higher education institutions and identifies systemic barriers to implementation: conceptual fragmentation, digital inequality, insufficient digital literacy among educators, ethical risks, and regulatory ambiguity. Based on this analysis, the paper outlines strategic directions for IET development in managerial education, including the transition from isolated digital tools to integrated educational ecosystems, the promotion of co constructive learning approaches, and the development of personalized learning trajectories supported by ethical frameworks. Ultimately, IET can evolve from auxiliary tools into the architectural foundation of a new model of management education – one that is flexible, value-driven, analytically enhanced, and capable of preparing professionals for action under uncertainty and continuous change.
