Abstract
The article discusses the essence and content of the main approaches to understanding the concept of managerial decision. The depth and significance of managerial decisions are disclosed. It is substantiated that a managerial decision is a product or result of managerial activity. That is, this is what the manager produces as a result of his activities: - thinking about actions, forecasts, options, discussions, conclusions and actions aimed at achieving the goals of enterprise management. The main aspects that require taking into account managerial decisions in the process of managerial activity are substantiated, namely, common sense, adaptability to specific conditions, sufficient completeness of information, consistency between management levels and special functions. It is substantiated that the efficiency of enterprise management as a special economic and managerial category reflects the role of managerial personnel in improving the efficiency of the enterprise. The relationship between the application of these concepts and terms in relation to the process of development of managerial decisions and their implementation in the enterprise is analyzed. An analysis of known technologies for the development and adoption of managerial decisions in an integral system of functioning of enterprise management has been carried out. It is proposed to measure the effectiveness of managerial decisions both by methods of integration assessment and others, which provide for calculations of the levels of economic efficiency of managerial decisions including the quality of the property of managerial decisions. It is important to work out a convenient calculation of the generalizing coefficient from the results of the implementation of a managerial decision. It is noted that the effectiveness of a managerial decision in many cases depends not so much on its absolute calculation correctness, but in timeliness, the specified sequence and in compliance with qualitative requirements. It is noted that the qualitative characteristics of a managerial decision are calculated as a set of technical, economic and other parameters that satisfy a particular consumer at the appropriate time and meet his expectations. It is characterized that quality and efficiency are, as a rule, complex indicators, which sometimes cannot always reflect all aspects of a complex solution on a complex object, since the most successful results neutralize low ones, but these indicators remain the main criterion evaluation of the developed management decisions. Variants of technologies for the development of managerial decisions for their adoption by managers in the enterprise system have been proposed. Thus, the analysis of decision-making technologies and their results (advantages, disadvantages, opportunities) is the basis for making diverse management decisions by managers of enterprises of different levels.
