Abstract

Innovative institution of higher education develops collective innovative thinking on how higher education can drive innovation. It was first announced at the first European Education and Innovation Summit in June 2022. Organizations are always looking for effective ways to innovate and achieve strategic goals. The Objectives and Key Results (OKR) methodology has proven particularly valuable for HEIs in setting and achieving these objectives. The Objectives and Key Results (OKR) methodology is used to set goals, track progress, measure success and motivate teams. Its implementation in the online communication strategy of the Lutsk National Technical University made it possible to achieve the intermediate goals of communication and improve their results. The implementation of the innovative university model involves the use of appropriate innovative tools at all stages of planning its activities, and above all at the stage of forming an online communication strategy. The OKR system was used as an example of its implementation in the online communication strategy of LNTU. The advantages of the OKR method for the implementation of the online communication strategy in higher education institutions have been established: it disciplines and helps to focus on specific goals; simplifies the process of setting goals; focuses on ways to achieve large-scale goals; makes it possible to monitor the key results of achieving goals and promotes the development of higher education institutions; increases the involvement of HSE employees by uniting them with common goals; makes it possible to set over-the-top goals that lead to better results; allows flexible response to new challenges.
