Abstract
In the article the preconditions of institutional development of the environment of IT corporations activity are investigated. It is determined that one of the most recognized ways in the world to intensify innovation activity in the corporation is the creation of corporate universities. The priority directions of science development in Ukraine are analyzed and the technical, innovation and scientific component of forming the institutional environment of corporations’ activity in the conditions of informatization are proposed. It is determined that the quality of the institutional environment is conditioned and based on property rights, legal protection and political stability in the country.
