SELECTION OF OPTIMAL ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF ENTERPRISES IN REALIZATION OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS IN CONSTRUCTION

The aim of the article is to solve the problem of optimizing the communication space by choosing the most effective of the potentially possible types of network organizational structure by the criterion of decision making quality. The results of our study show that the potential effectiveness of multifocal network organizational structure of collective decisions making is higher than in the case of dynamic type, but is lower than in the case of focal type. It means that the most effective type of network organizational structure is the multifocal collective decisions in which the project governing body has several «assistants / deputies». If the number of project participants is small, it is better to use focal type of network organizational structure. Further researches will be focused on the determination of the maximum number of participants in the project, when there is no need to have governing body deputies; and determination of the number of deputies needed while realizing a project with a lot of participants.References
