Abstract

The article summarizes the theoretical aspects of the methodology of financial diagnostics of the enterprise. The practical toolkit for diagnosing the financial state of the enterprise is considered. The main methods of diagnosing the financial state of the enterprise are highlighted: 1) transformational, which are focused on transforming the financial statements of business entities into a form that is easy to perceive; 2) qualitative: vertical and horizontal analysis, analysis of balance sheet liquidity and formalized questionnaire schemes; 3) coefficient analysis, which involves the calculation of relative indicators based on the data of the statistical financial statements of the enterprise; 4) integral, which involve the grouping of financial indicators of the enterprise's activity into complex structures. The main results of the comprehensive diagnosis of the financial condition of the driving school of the Rivne regional organization of the All Ukrainian Union of Motorists are outlined. A retrospective financial analysis of systematized reporting information was conducted. Trends in the development of the company's financial condition are highlighted.Taking into account the factors of the martial law introduced in the state, the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic, the authors of the article provided anticrisis proposals on ways to improve the management of the company's financial condition in modern conditions: expand the implementation of other types of economic activity that would not contradict the Charter of the drivingschool; intensify the search for an additional possibility of renting out the premises, so that these funds ensure the payment of utility bills for the maintenance of the building; provide for students of the driving school the possibility of paying for completed training in installments, concluding appropriate contracts on such payment; to optimize staff lists and bring them into line with the actual workload of employees; to preserve the main means of the material and technical base, if possible to update them.
