CHARACTERISTIC OF INTERACTION OF ABRASIVE GRANULA WITH DETAILS SURFACE IN VIBTRATION PROCESSING

In this work, an overview of vibration processing was carried out. Thevibrating process of machining parts is essential in ensuring thequality of machine-building products. The high-performance finishingmethod, one of which is vibratory, includes high-performancemethods for cleaning, grinding and reinforcing machining of parts.Variety of processes of vibration processing give justification in thestudy of such basic patterns of vibration treatment method as theperformance and quality of the treated surface, the characteristics ofthe interaction of the abrasive granules with the workpiece surface ofthe workpiece. The analysis of all ways of increasing the intensity.This is achieved through the simultaneous action on the workingenvironment of two or more types of energy, or the additionalmovements of the parts being processed. The energy level of the workenvironment can be increased by providing additional movement to the vibrating chamber. This idea is the basis of the development ofnew processes of vibration-centrifugal processing (VCP) andequipment for its implementation.The schemes of interaction of the abrasive granule with the surface ofthe part under vibration and vibration-centrifugal treatment areconsidered. Process analysis is based on the nature of the interactionof the abrasive pellet with the surface of the workpiece. The wholeprocess of forming roughness at the VCP was divided into certainstages. The characteristics of these steps and the change in thesecharacteristics were used to describe the various schemes of theprocesses of interaction of the abrasive granule with the surface ofthe workpiece. The variety of process circuits determines the type ofcirculation of the abrasive medium. The proposed models reveal thephysical nature of the interaction of the granules with the surface ofthe workpiece. The simultaneous action of vibration, centrifugal androtational forces on the abrasive pellet increases the volume, andtherefore the weight of the filtered microstrip, changes the nature ofthe flow of the bulk abrasive medium, which provides an increase inthe intensity of the VCP and increases its technological capabilities.References
