Abstract

A comprehensive assessment of the urban environment, territories, buildings, landscaping taking into account the needs of allusers, was carried out. Current problems of functional zoning of territories are identified and ways of solving them are given.Measures for the reconstruction of built-up areas, facilities, structures, buildings, street network, landscaping, are proposed. The methods of reducing the influence of negative factors on the ecological state of the environment are shown. When conducting research on the current state of the territory, and understanding all the minuses and pluses, it was decided to implement reconstructive measures: a new planning scheme of streets and paths was thought out and developed; the fence on the territory was dismantled; the territory was divided into functional zones and the functional purpose of buildings was changed, structures were identified that are subject to wear and tear as a result of their impracticality and moral and physical aging; internal multifunctional courtyards were created with the help of planning; new landscaping of the territory was  developed, the number of green spaces was increased. On the general plan, you can see the result of the implementation of research, with the help of measures for the reconstruction of the territory. A new layout of paths has been developed that divide the territory into zones and create a convenient system of movement by combining all zones into a single pedestrian network. A pedestrian boulevard has been designed in the scientific and office areas, and many green islands have been placedin the middle of the blocks. Placement of parking spaces for workers and visitors to the territory has been thought out. It is proposed to carry out measures to green the facades and roofs of buildings, and the use of more ecological materials in the improvement of the territory is also taken into account. A new scheme of the street network was developed, and a pedestrian network made of more ecological materials was arranged and executed. The security of the territory has increased as a result of the dismantling of buildings in a state of emergency. Landscape and recreation areas have been arranged, as a result of which the percentage of greening has increased.
