Abstract
The article examines innovative energy-saving systems in the production of biofuel, emphasizing their important impact on thesustainable development of the agro-industrial complex. In the conditions of global environmental challenges and the need to reduce the negative impact of traditional energy systems on the environment, the efficient use of energy becomes critically important for the agricultural sector. In the scientific work, a number of modern technologies that allow reducing energy costs and increasing the efficiency of biofuel production processes have been investigated. Particular attention is paid to cogeneration plants, which allow the simultaneous production of electrical and thermal energy from biomass, as well as to heat pumps, which use renewable heat sources to optimize temperature regimes. Important aspects of the implementation of energy resource management systems (EMS), which provide monitoring and control of energy costs, which allow to reduce energy consumption and reduce costs, have been studied. The article also considers the environmental benefits of innovative technologies. The implementation of such systems contributes to the reduction of emissions of greenhouse gases and pollutants, which has a positive effect on the environment and meets international standards of sustainable development. Biomass gasification technologies, which convert agro-industrial waste into synthetic gas, as well as new biotechnologies to improve fermentation processes, are also seen as key elements to help reduce the environmental footprint of biofuel production. Examples of successful implementation of these technologies at real agro-industrial enterprises were studied, demonstrating their impact on increasing economic efficiency and reducing environmental impact. Investments in innovative energy-saving systems not only reduce energy costs, but also contribute to improving the invironmental situation in regions where biofuel production is carried out. Thus, the article emphasizes that innovative energy-saving technologies are critically important for achieving sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex, ensuring not only the efficient use of resources, but also reducing the negative impact on the environment, which meets modern ecological and economic requirements.
