Abstract

31 years after the terrible emergency situation at the fourth block of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. Completion of the 30-year half-life radionuclideCs137 and Sr90 . Thousands of human lives, the terrifying effects of environmental radiation. What awaits the mankind of the Earth in the aftermath of the emergency, supplemented by the consequences of the destruction of reactor blocks as a result of the tsunami of Fukushima (Japan) three years ago? What risks are expected after these man-made accidents and voluntarist decisions of decision-making bodies on the location of industrial facilities? The review considers the main problems of the formation of a modern radioecological situation in the resettlement zone and with the hydroecological problems of introducing the national economy, preserving the health of the population.
