What risks are expected after these man-made accidents and voluntarist decisions of decision-making bodies on the location of industrial facilities? The review considers the main problems of the formation of a modern radioecological situation in the resettlement zone and with the hydroecological problems of introducing the national economy, preserving the health of the population.
