Abstract

The article gives analysis of the latest publications in which ecological danger is defined as the threat of worsening habitat quality, of harm to people, individuals and population, other living organisms, caused by existence or potential possibility of arising ecodestructive, natural and anthropogene factors. The difference between the concept «ecological safety» (when threats are absent) and «ecological danger» (when threats are worsen the habitat up to the state of its impossible renewal) is recommended to be take as the basis of the system of agrosphere diagnostics. It is suggested to introduce agrosphere ecological safety according to the types of interconnected objects by the function of three variable ones, such as resources, agroecological, anthropocentral components which are characterized by basic ecological indices. It is pointed out that the state of atmosphere ecological safety is defined by the following factors: stimulators that make positive impact on its state and destimulators which inversely influence negatively the agrosphere state. It is recommended to define the following criteria of agrosphere ecological safety: ecological safety (when indices of resource, agroecological, anthropocentral components of agrosphere are maintained by the approximate value to optimal), ecological risk (indices of agrosphere components have insignificant divergence from optimal), ecological threat (when some indices of agrosphere components have essential divergence from optimal but it is possible to renew them to the previous (or close) parameters, ecological danger (when the indices of agrosphere components have worsened to the limit when their renewal to the previous parameters becomes impossible). There was worked out block-system of the diagnostics of atmosphere ecological safety which can be reasonable carried out according to three blocks: preparatory, analytical, estimative. At the final stage of estimation of agrosphere ecological safety aggregated block indices are integrated into indices of ecological safety, according to which the following is used: 1.0–0.6835 – safety; 0.6835–0.4851 – risk; 0.4851–0.1902 – threat; 0,1902–0 – danger, that defines its state.
