PROCESS APPROACH TO FORMATION OF CORPORATE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to justify the sequence of development ofcorporate project management systems as a tool for plosive andevolutionary improvement, business development and organization. Thearticle summarizes the main approaches and characterizes the mainprinciples of the process approach in the construction of corporate projectmanagement systems by integrating organizational processes, whichcreates the opportunity to reduce uncertainty in decision-making, as adocumented description of requirements for the flow of business processes, for the content of intermediate and resultant activity products allows to reduce the transformation of information by the stages of its processing and transmission. The author proposes a model of enterprise management that works on extraordinary technologies as a set of basic, resource-providing, evaluative and control-measuring business processes, which integrates the process of «project management» taking into account the recommendations and requirements of the guide «Guide to the project management knowledge base». Possibilities of business improvement and efficiency of management systems are considered at the expense of approval in management of documented standards in the form of corporate project management system.Development and adaptation of corporate management systems based on a process approach to management creates opportunities for systematicimplementation of project management in business organization andmanagement; develops the organization’s potential to increase customersatisfaction; concentration on investigating and identifying the root causes of the discrepancies in the activity results for further preventive and corrective actions; increased account of both gradual and plosive improvements; increases the possibility to use the knowledge acquired by the staff for improvement.
